A fully configurable analog relay-matrix, the Director offers unparalleled flexibility in signal switching.
Somewhere between the simple switcher that maintains a serialized relationship between all effect pedals and the over-the-top switcher (that adds a plethora of its own effects and complexity) lies the realm of the Director Signal Switching System.
The sole function of the Director is to connect the user's instrument signal to almost any combination of the 10 effect pedal channels, and then route the affected signal to any one or all of the Director's four outputs.
The "almost any combination"? The Director does not allow an effect pedal to be connected back to itself.
Other than that?
Single pedal. Groups of pedals.
Series pedals in one order, then at a foot press, change the order - connected to any output.
