The warranty is basically this for now (subject to change):
- length of warranty period, 1 year from date of purchase - proof of purchase required - customer pays for shipping to James Music Products - James Music Products pays for return shipping
If the product fails to function properly during normal use, and under normal care within the warranty period, James Music Products will repair or replace the product based on its own determination and final say on the matter.
